Last month, the Senate Budget Committee reports that in fiscal year 2012, between food stamps, housing support, child care, Medicaid and other benefits, the average U.S. Household below the poverty line received $168.00 a day in government support. What ' s the problem with that much support? Well, the median household income in America is just over $50,000,which averages out to $137.13 a day. To put it another way, being on welfare now pays the equivalent of $30.00 an hour for a 40-hour week, while the average job pays $20.00 an hour.

Furthermore: There are actually two messages here. The first is very interesting, but the second is absolutely astounding - and explains a lot.

A recent "Investor's Business Daily" article provided very interesting statistics from a survey by the United Nations International Health Organization.

Percentage of men and women who survived a cancer five years after diagnosis:

about business when he's never worked for one? Or about jobs when he has never really had one? And when it's the same for 92% of his senior staff and closest advisers? They've spent most of their time in academia, government and/or non-profit jobs or as "community organizers."
They should have been in an employment line.

Oh, so it is all the "liberal lies" that have caused the poverty in the GOP governed states. And I suppose those same lies caused the GOP governors to become addicted to "federal handouts". I think what you are experiencing is called the "Republican bubble".

Wow, it just really amuses me how the right goes right for the jugular of the messenger. I know for a fact the so-called lies about Gov. Scott are in fact true.

West Palm Beach, FL is my home, my sister lives there, I have friends there, and my relatives live in other cities through out the state. Gov. Scott governors just like other GOP governors, taxing the poor and giving tax breaks to the rich.

I was born in WPB at Good Samaritan Hospital on F**gler Dr. I worked for Palm Beach County in Automated Information Management, which later became PBC Information Systems. We handled a lot of the e******ns and I knew the Supervisor of E******ns Jackie Winchester, when she retired Teresa LaPore replaced her. And Ms. LaPore lost her job after the 2000 debacle. I left in 1998 to move to MA.

Poco has OCD. The main symptom is, "repetitive behaviors", which would be applicable to this individual. Absolutely nothing any legislative body in any "Red State" has done has any value. I did not print the map, I posted it. It is the same "Non-Payer by State" map that is in the article and it matched up just perfectly with the article. All of the states in red are the biggest "Welfare Deadbeats". Those GOP governors tax the poor and give tax breaks to the rich, so the need government money to balance their budgets.

Maybe the following article will clarify some of wh**ever is confusing you, some of those same states have the highest rate of poverty. At what point do these people wake-up and say "what I am doing is not working".

Americans would not have to guess what the country would look like if the "small-government" ideology were implemented on a national scale.
