JMHO-I hear that statistically Trump cannot win. Is that against Hillary or Biden ? I suspect Biden will be the nominee and, if so, do you think a junior professional politician like Cruz or Rubio can beat an old professional politician like Biden ? You know the democrats will coalesce around their nominee whomever it turns out to be. Cruz and Rubio will attract the Latino v**e but would enough independents and Reagan democrats cross over to allow them to win or does a total outsider have a better chance ? Good Luck America !!!

Interesting comment, Ricko! I'm torn on this. On one hand I want Hillary indicted, or campaign so damaged that she is finished. Having said that, if that happens, I think Biden will step in to save the Democrat Party. And, deep down inside, Biden could, by entering late and rallying the party, could defeat our candidate no matter who we run. In this scenario, even though I am a Cruz man, Rubio might be our best chance...or Carson. I don't think Trump can beat Biden. If we get lucky, Hillary is damaged beyond repair, and Sanders some how gets the Democrat nomination, because I think Trump, Cruz, or Rubio can beat Sanders. If Hillary survives the email scandal, I think Cruz or Rubio could beat her, possibly even Trump...Trump has such unfavorable ratings, which worries me, but then so does Hillary.

I don't know about that. I heard this morning that many many Democrats and Independents in Iowa have changed their registration to Republican just because of Trump.

True, but he also has the highest unfavorable rating of any candidate in history.

Yea from the RINOS and RINO supporters maybe. Not only that if he is so unfavorable how come he is ahead of the field and always has thousands at his rallies. I don't buy that propaganda from the Republican Elite in which Rubio is one of them as is Bush, and the rest. The only exceptions are Cruz and Carly Fiorina and I will take Carly Fiorina over Cruz. There is just something about Cruz that concerns me. I see him as one who will not work with anyone. Just like Obama's, "my way or no way". I see more do nothing gridlock with Ted Cruz in office.

Well, I don't agree, but you're entitled to your opinion.

You people on the left never accept anything that goes against your way of thinking.

Maybe no but I did read that report by Katie Pavlich and it was a survey of Democrats, Independents, and Republicans not a very good barometer.

JMHO-I have reservations as well. I dread the thought of Biden in the race because he will be formidable. I was of the opinion that maybe the independents have had enough of the Obama policies which are Obama/Biden driven and possibly support an outsider. It is a tough call because of the uncertainty with Hillary. What if Sanders were to beat Hillary ? Can the democrats afford to let him run ? I like both Cruz and Rubio as both are smart and know what needs to be done in DC. However, can Cruz work with the democrats at all ? What will the dems have to offer Bernie to make him step aside should he win ? What about a Trump/Cruz or Trump/Rubio ticket to attract the Latino v**e ? I do not think Trump has any interest in the second slot. He says if does not win he will return to private life. PS. is it possible that Trump's unfavorable ratings are the reason so many people are v****g for him ? Are they dissing the rating services and the media ? Good Luck America !!!

Watching the Iowa caucus right now, WTH its crazy..Much higher turn out than expected and more people that changed their party affiliation to Rs than ever seen..Presently Cruz leads 30% to Trumps 28%...That's with 50% reporting...

Gov. O'Malley suspending his campaign...

Trump still loves the people of Iowa even though he "bought the farm" at last night's caucus. Maybe Iowans are not as stupid as he thought they were.

I don't see 3.4% difference as buying the farm Cruz, Trump, and Rubio are all still very much alive. The last I looked there are still 49 states and 3 Territories left. It is very close to a 3 way tie with plenty of time remaining.

Hillary's the only one that "bought a farm" and she should stay there. Bernie was down 50 points at one point and managed to improve to a virtual tie. I guess the fact that they are sizing Hillary up for an orange suit with handcuffs might have something to do with it.
