R****m from who? They are majority b****s in power ruling the city and the state. Therefore b****s are the r****ts in Baltimore. That includes our country overall.
The Federal government sine 1948 has spent $billions of dollars to alleviate the black people of Baltimore. it has been under Democrat elected leaders since 1948. And most of them are b****s.
So, who are the r****t to their own people here.
Our president always blame president Bush for the problems they created.

After the 9/11, that was the only terror that came up. But now, day after day, people have to watch their backs, and where they are going. Watch your neighborhood. We seem to have no place to go that we feel safe, locally and abroad.
