I will be perfectly honest. It looked totally wrong to me. I actually stopped at a local library, after marketing, to check. I also checked American Heritage. You have to know I am a grammar, punctuation, spelling freak. You are not the first on the forum to take me to task.

But the problem is that you take people to task all the time on this site! Why did you stop at the local library, everything you need is at your fingertips, Webster's Unabridged is right there on your computer!

My system has been bouncing like a rubber ball since Tuesday night. We have received three notifications from our carrier advising of issues. We think the major electrical line work occurring has been causing issues. They have not made it clear what the issue is. I am on an iPad not a computer. Interestingly enough, the Apple spellcheck never reacted. Heaven only knows it makes decisions that irritate the bedunky (neologism) out of me. I have a new, ready, FREE laptop. The laptop was a result of use or lose air miles. I am a very slow technology learner, and, in fact, just started actively using electronic devices two years ago. I will say this, have it getting me on then/than. To this date, I NEVER get it right. I took to using th/e/an to avoid having to go to the dunce corner here on 1PP.

Be well.

It is also how the article spelled it, so it is somewhat a quote and should have [sic].

I am so glad that we all get it right now.
