Mountain oysters i have heard of, but Archie keeps coming up with new versions. it's like the windows 10 of testicals around here.

I grew up calling them calf fries. I am familiar with the other term too. I have eaten many a plate full of that wonderful stuff! :thumbup: They taste just like chicken with a hint of nuttiness! :hunf:
