It is pretty easy to explain, your premise is entirely wrong. The President doesn't make laws he signs or vetoes laws made by congress. If someone feels that a law or its implementation or interpretation by the President or his cabinet is unconstitutional the remedy is not arresting him, it is challenging the law in court. A federal court will decide wether the complaint is correct or not. We also always make deals with our adversaries it is the nature of diplomacy and always has been.

Now we have black l***s m****r, the unrest on college campuses, I******s and now refugees it appears that their is a possibility that all this civil unrest will explode, if this happens he can implement martial law, this will allow him to not only to remain in office but it also gives police and the national guard the right to go house to house without warrants and arrest and or confiscate wh**ever they want or are ordered to.
I know it seems out there and I hope it's not the case but we are living in strange time.

Thats the way its suppose to work. Unfortunately, this president is taking every opportunity to veto any bill with even a glimmer of constitutional rationale. And remember, he has appointed most of the justices in the supreme court. So if he thinks the public will criticize him too much for vetoing a bill then he has the supreme court deem it unconstitutional. And of course it never makes it as a law. Obama is a true dictator. And he needs to be removed from office!
