We have a rogue president that has broken several federal laws. And he has also made some new laws (such as obama care) that infringes on our constitutional rights. And he is doing nothing to fight terrorist. And he is making deals with the enemy, Iran. Can anyone tell me why Obama hasn't been arrested yet?

Who would order his arrest, the Congress? The Congress can't agree on what to wear, or eat, much less anything substantial - or important.
Had the Congress been capable of doing IT'S job, anytime in the last 7 years - there'd BE no rogue President - but in the absence of a qualified Congress, who's heads were not rectally secured - the President has been ALLOWED to do as he pleases.
So, if you MUST pin the blame somewhere, pin it where it belongs - the Congress ( including your own representatives - deal with it). Keeping the Administrative branch in check - is the JOB of the Congress - but they've been more interested in squabbling like children and playing with their toys, than in anything else.
