As a trained glutton I counted the grates and the grate burn marks on the steak. I therefore have deduced the thickness of the steak. I'd say that puppy is not a two pounder but rather a 1lb 6 oz'er. However, that has never stopped me so stand back, put on your rain slicker and safety glasses and observe. If you dare !!
