yes it is in part ignorance but I believe in the majority they really resent disagreement as they have been ensconced in the conservative echo chamber and when they hear a dissenting voice they become disorientated and angry

It brings to mind the horses that where blinders while pulling carriages in New York to "stay the course" and not be distracted by anything to lead them astray.

The recent visit to Syria by Senator John McCain wgho contrary to all the evidence continues to embrace the Iraq fiasco as if it was an American Triumph and who is now the most active Senator agitating for direct Military action against Syria and Iran. His recent visit to Syria to demonstrate support for the rebels ism in fact, A VIOLATION OF THE LOGAN ACT which forbids the conduct of foreign policy by anyone outside the executive branch of government.......???

yes we didn't have to go into Iraq , and going in we created a mess and it still is and will continue to be one after we leave , Afghanistan has always been a mess , going there like the British, Russians and us only add to the mess. Israel and us , both yammer about Iran's nuclear program with no clear evidence they are even enriching Uranium past the need for reactors , who are the aggressors and who are the victims

Senator McCain is no different than Pres. Obama and most of the government. They pay no attention to the laws which are inconvenient to them.

senator McCain is an honorable man , and he abides by the law (I disagree with a lot of his ideology but he is a good person , President Obama is honorable also and I do not agree with all he has done and wished he had done more in other areas and he also abides by the law as does all other reasonable people

I do not know if what is happening in Syria will result in peace , but just try and if the nerve gas is removed all the better , if Assad wins I do not want him to have nerve gas and if the rebels win I sure as hell do not want them to have nerve gas.
McCain and Graham just want a war irespective of the damage it will do to us.

And we all know that even though war k**ls our forces and insures "collateral damage", it is however, good for the economy....

It has been written that age brings wisdom. These two are evidence of those that failed the course.
