Fear of pain inflicted prevents my telling the Sgt. Major your "joke". Perhaps, I will reverse the roles of the husband and wife in doing so? Hmmmmm...
Never confuse your rank with her authority!! Some fights are just not winnable.

I thought Marines were made of stronger stuff.
If you would quit spending so much on ice cream, cookies and tequila, you could afford another night out, if you were able to move after the Sgt. Major reading the weekly amusement.
If that is your best advice, one can only hope your insurance is paid up.
Very good AuntiE. I always told my wife that there was absolutely nothing that she could do or have happen to her to change her from that beautiful 20 year old that I fell in love with. We went through three children, losing our son at age 19, and her having breast cancer and later succumbing to it and she was always my 20 year old beauty even when she was as bald as cue ball and had both breasts removed.

I salute you, Bahmer. Wh**ever differences we may have down the road on these forums, I admire the impressive husband/gentleman you were/are. You are to be commended! Your wife was a deserving, and lucky lady to have had you.

Big faux pas!
His post stated she "succumbed". He lost her three years ago. He has told us wonderfully funny stories about their written correspondence.
