I see, you don't want to find the truth - you just want to put on you Caps Lock and pretend by being loud you are being honest. The answer to the original will, is No, to be indicted, the DOJ has to file the charges AFTER the process of Appointing a Special prosecutor, who will find as Loretta Lynch will tell them, NO evidence of wrongdoing even if the FBI has undeniable evidence that there was unlawful storage, and disbursement of sensitive/classified/top secret documents. All of this is part of the regulations and within the jurisdiction of DHS and the guidelines are specific and complete. There is NO doubt that her actions did not comply with those guidelines, but there has to be someone willing to file a charge to get one.
