When the whole city is controlled by the mafia what do you expect. It is sort of like the United States of America being controlled by the mafia which is what we have at present. Freedom is worth something if you have it and it is taken away. In Chicago they have been stripped of their freedoms over a long period of time and most of the people don't even know that they are not free. Sort of like the people on welfare. I can remember stories about how the mafia came around and strong armed the shop owners and nobody did anything about it. After so long you give up and do what you have to to exist.
