Republicans stop clamoring for deportation!

It’s obvious that the Republican Party will never win any percent of the Latino v**e or their millions of supporters with this constant drum beat of deportation. They are here and they’re here to stay, so instead make it clear that they are safe and start concentrating on how to secure the future.

It’s obvious to those who have been aware of politics for the past thirty years as to why the fence between the U.S. and Mexico was never finished; neither political party wanted it finished; they both gained by the flood of illegal’s crossing the border.

With a combination of benevolence and stupidity, the United States of America has become the laughing stock of the whole world. Yes, they recognize our greatness, but also the greed of one party and the political gain by the other along with the lazy inattention by the e*****rate.

In a nutshell, as they say, there is really only one answer to future multitudes of illegal’s from crossing the border and that is to recognize the Fourteenth Amendment for what it was intended. The so-called, Anchor Baby Law, is an incorrect interpretation of the Fourteenth amendment as intended. Had the clause “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” been omitted, then the literal interpretation of anyone born in the Untitled States is automatically an American citizen would be correct, but that’s not the case. Anchor Babies are not subject to the jurisdiction thereof and therefore not American citizens if their parents were here illegally.

The debate over the Fourteenth Amendment will continue until the Supreme Court once again addresses the Anchor Baby problem, or, the Fourteenth Amendment is amended to clarify once and for all who is a United States Citizen. In the meantime it would be wise for Trump or the Republican Party to remain clear of this subject until after the 2016 e******n. Huck
