I'm sorry about the short notice I just found out about this last night, and this may be our last chance.If we bombard the attorneys general offices of Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio and Michigan with phone calls and demand that they file a motion to re-Hear the supreme court ruling on same-sex marriage there's a chance we can stop this. According to 28 U.S. code 455, it was illegal for Elena Kagan and Ruth Bader Ginsberg to v**e on this.

Both Kagan & Ginsberg performed same sex ceremonies and should have 'reclused' themselves.
They could be Impeached, I think???

And supposing you do get some legal action going, the only ones who will win will be the lawyers, who will happily take your money for any cause.
Do you actually think Ginsburg and Kagan would do anything that would jeopardize their ability to perform the duties to which they swore? They may have done something you disagree with, but they have done nothing illegal.
Why don't you focus on strengthening "traditional" marriages within your own communities rather than trying to blame others for its disintegration.

Sorry but really curious: what is so horrible about same sex marriage? The Bible is quiet on the subject of same-sex marriage and science shows that g****r identification is genetic, despite appearances; one is predisposed. Being a homosexual, just like being a heterosexual, is not a sin: an illicit or immoral act has to be performed, such as adultery or fornication. If it is a loving and committed relationship between two people, how could you possibly object? Sorry, again, I just don't get the panic and outrage.

I haven't read US Code 28US455 but understand if, ANY SC Justice or Judge, in any way, shape or form may be biased, they are to withdraw from the case in dispute or under consideration.
We have 'judges' here in Okla that 'Recluse' themselves quite frequently for to not donso one cannot reach an open UNBIASED opinion.
For over 2000 years now, Paul, a marriage was between a male and a female human.Even Rkme and Greek, as corrupted as those civilizations became, from my studies, DID NOT define a marriage between 2 males or 2 females. The specie's would die out, I guess.
