Myself, I am a wreak, the mind wants to do all this stuff that is good for me, but the body simply refuses to get going..
I really do need to do more of the exercise stuff, I do about 20 minutes of what is called work and I am all done..
Oh well, Good for you, we all do so well...
Well, I'm 36, no man of steel. I had a point where I blew up like a balloon though, worked hard to get back in shape, now just trying to mantain at about 40 mins a day.
