Sounds like you are confusing health guide lines with regulations..

You are free to eat as much and wh**ever you like. If you pay attention to the guide lines, you may live a bit longer and weigh 190 rather then 240.

But perhaps you see life as not worth living, so do as you wish, no one is dictating to you..

Not exactly true, kids lunches in the public schools have been decreased in size and choices. I give away several apples and oranges 2 periods after lunch every day because the students are so hungry they cannot concentrate. We had to add another dumpster to hold the increase in food that the kids won't eat because it tastes too bad to eat and they toss it out. So let's summarize, new nutritional plan that adds a higher initial cost to school lunches, more kids skip lunch because it sucks, those that do buy it eat less of it so there is more waste,more manpower to remove the waste from cafeteria,another container to hold the added waste,additional fees for removal of waste. Kids with the ability and privilege leave school and head straight to nearest fast food venue to eat food that is much less nutritious and has higher fat content than anything the school ever served. This looks much like all of Moochell's husbands policies. No benefit whatsoever and increased costs to all involved which eventually lands on the taxpayers shoulders.

Actually I weigh 205 w/ about 4% body fat, and in not one for "Big Gulps" anyway, but like to have the choice, if I deem fit.
And yes we still can, no thanks to c****e-crats like Bloomberg.

Myself, I am a wreak, the mind wants to do all this stuff that is good for me, but the body simply refuses to get going..

I really do need to do more of the exercise stuff, I do about 20 minutes of what is called work and I am all done..
