B. Same-sex Miscarriage

Evil exists in this decision because the consequences are decay and stagnation, and moral irresponsibility; HOWEVER one wants to define either moral or responsibility.

At best, it is a gross misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment.

It is more the evil, because using reason and science---the science of evolution, of psychology, of sociology---I explained the consequences of government-sponsored same-sex marriage. AND YOU STILL WILL NOT SEE!

You have taken all value and meaning out of the institution of marriage, and made a mockery and travesty of the purpose of mankind; you have shown neither respect nor reverence for marriage, but have only defamed its purpose.

Marriage is the joining of two DIFFERENT sexes, and two DIFFERENT natures. If it involves anything other than that, it is no longer marriage. And if homosexuals were decent, mature adults in outlook they would feel the same.

You, Kennedy, an obvious Irishman, are not able to even distinguish the figurative black from the white.

And this post is not about religion vs. gay "rights". (I've said this so often before.) It is about the present and future social consequences of government-sponsored gay marriage. God is not doing this to you; you are doing it to yourself.

Unfortunately I fear it is impossible for heterosexuals to understand homosexuals. And I can see, sort of, both sides of the issue. Who knows the truly correct answer.

To me, I could give a rats if homosexuals want to get "married". Being raised in bible culture I know homosexual marriage us NOT marriage. I sometimes wonder what non-bible cultures view it. Probably the same way. So my question to homosexuals is why do you insist on calling it marriage? And insist on "weddings". Im sorry, but thats warped. But even then, I could care less.

Maybe homosexuality is a mental disorder or even a result of over population. Who knows.

But SCOTUS. They do seem a bit off here lately. Just believing all should have access to health care doesnt mean we ignore the law/constituion.

I must, however, confess to having homosexual friends and co-workers in the past and present. Its not the end of the world.

You state "cowardice" as a the reason underlying Robert's decision. This country has a cowardice plague upon it. People more concerned about being politically correct than right! Not willing to stand up for the t***h that is so inherent in God's Word. More concerned about the negative reaction a child might have if they're told the lifestyle they have chosen will lead to misery & destruction and ultimately the second death that has been told to us by God, that being sellouts & enablers (caring supporters) is more preferable to them.

That thought (the second death) makes me tremble in fear but, I am no feckin' coward.

A******n, same-sex marriage all symptoms of the disease to be sure but, what is it? What caused this decay of America? Why are so many in this country willing to trade t***h for a lie?

S***ery was against the dignity God bestowed upon every man and, this may come as a surprise to you BUT, if I saw a homosexual being ganged up on by bullies, I would jump in to render my assistance. Not because he was a homo but, because he was a human being.

God told us two VERY important things, these are the MOST important commandments in His Word according to Him.

"Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."

Now s***ery was so repugnant and morally reprehensible it divided a nation and pit brother against brother to see it abolished.

So in answer to your question, NO I wouldn't have viewed s***ery as a trait of a dying nation.

There were enough people that knew right from wrong back then and, they were willing to lay their lives down to defend their belief!

I see no such outrage today over murder of the innocent and, the wicked and perverse travesty being pedalled as same-sex marriage rights.

At least not the kind of outrage that there was during America's history of cruel s***ery.

That's why America is dying, evil is winning this war and, there are none righteous enough to fight it.

Oh man, that a******n issue is a tough one. I personally don't view early term a******ns as murder. To see a mass of cells in a symbiotic state with the body of the mom as human at that time for me, is a stretch. At that point, biologically, not much different than a tumor and in fact, many miscarriages are the body expelling that mass of cells, rejecting it, as much the i****e s****m does in the really good cases of immunity in action defeating a cancer before it takes hold. (This is just an analogy so don't get offended, but in t***h, its a bit closer to the fact of the matter than analogy)

So when does this mass of cells become human? I'll have to defer that to the maker. But if mom's life is endangered in the least, its time to remove the growth. Sounds callous but that "growth" cannot survive on its own earlier than say 24 weeks (and then only with a slight chance of survival) and mom has the right to life choice at that time.

I'm just glad I don't make that decision. I am against a******n as birth control. At some point folks need to pull their heads out of their proverbial arses and stop the act in the first place. For my girls it was simple. Don't have sex! Just don't. Simple. Effective and not even that hard to avoid. These dip wangers who do it for the sake of doing it need to be removed and I say remove the whole thing, baggage and implement of delivery!!

I pulled no punches with my girls and they haven't let me down yet.

So, long and short of it, I won't fight a war for a******n, I'll fight a fight to stop the need for it. How's that?

Two things to help you with your vision.

1) Cancer is a mass of cells, can a tumor then be considered a fetus EVER?

Of course not! Then why compare a human fetus to a tumor?

Last biology course I took, tumors had no heartbeat.

2) A miscarriage is the expulsion of a fetus that will not make it to a viable state.

"When a baby dies in the first 28 days of life, its called “neonatal death”.

"Because by most calculations a baby is considered viable in or after the 24th week of pregnancy, technically a stillborn baby who is born live, even for an extremely short time past delivery, may also be considered under the “neonatal death” category."

Now a******n by definition is deliberate and, a miscarriage is natural. Which means, we as participants in an a******n must be willing to play God. There is no distinction make for viable or non-viable in a******n as a rule, it's all just a procedure to TERMINATE a pregnancy.

A******n: the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often performed during the first 28 weeks of pregnancy.

Further, if it's alive and human I've read no "convenience clause" in God's Word, allowing for murder on demand!

If it walks and quacks... , do you see that?

Further, if it isn't alive, why would you need to k**l it?

I like you can't rightly judge why or when an a******n should be performed. That is definitely between God and the persons involved. I am blessed I had no decision like that to make.

I know, the cancer analogy is not a good one. It kind of boils down to when one considers the mass of cells as human, even if there is a heart beat. We place a great deal of spiritual meaning in the beating of a heart but to a physiologist/biologist its simply a group of cells which depolarize automatically due to leaky ion channels which push the cell membranes to threshold over and over again. The depolarization wave spreads across the cells and those with contractile fibers will contract.

To me, the person is in the mind, the developing nervous system, which is basically an empty slate at birth. You have a slate upon which can be written the person the baby will become and a combination of behavioral characteristics inherited from mom and dad which will, based upon experiences, make and mold the person into who they are. In that respect, again one could ask, at which point does the fetus become a person?
