I cannot block people from coming to post, I can delete any post.
My feeling is that I set up the section to be insult free.
Maybe I am too easy going, how is that for a laugh, I bagged vernon for a couple of direct allegations about being communists.
I deleted mwdblahblah for a couple of direct attempts to insult twice.
I guess I have more patience with vernon because I think he is cognitively impaired these days.

The other thing we can do is have other person(s) as moderators with "magic powers".

I understand not wanting to censor discourse, but insults are not discourse. We want honest discussions, not vernons irritability.

Thanks Jelun ....I was guilty of throwing some insults here, but he is so obviously racist....I guess I couldn't help myself

An honest answer....but I don't think he realistically has a chance....he won't even make it out of the primary

I didn't say whether he may or may not have a chance. The title of the thread was, "Who would you really like to see the next president to be," and I merely stated who I would like it to be.

Technically, the rule is no insulting lefties.
I am not sure it is kosher to provoke and then not expect insults in return, just another excuse for right wing whining.

Another thing, I had forgotten, if someone responds to an insult and I delete if afterward it stays.
You may have noted that on a couple of posts.

Bernie Sanders is my choice. The only honest one so far. I suppose what I like most about him is the fact he states his position without consulting the polls first. I haven't been this excited about an election since 1972.

Even if Bernie doesn't win the primary, he will force the winner to address the Democrat party's voting records. Why many of them have sided with the Republicans on many issues and not stood behind their President. If nothing else Bernie will make it a more honest campaign.

True....I agree that Bernie is making candidates discuss the important issues
