Well here it is. 6 cans chicken stock. If you are Gramma serious boil a whole chicken to get the stock. about 3 lbs chopped clams simmer em down for an hour or so. Chop a bunch of celery into little pieces throw it in. Chop up about 5 or 6 potatoes throw that in. Dump in 1 can corn juice and all. add a little more water or chicken stock. Throw in a stick of butter. When the spuds start getting tender add two quarts half and half. To thicken add 1 pint heavy cream. some folks use instant potatoes I don't. Salt and pepper to taste. Pig out

You'll have about a gallon and a half enough for a belly bustin' feast. If you haven't any clams use oysters or crawdads

It is called 'Cinco de Mrs.B.!'
We will celebrate the date of her birth by going shoe shopping :hunf: and then taking her out to her favorite steak joint for her favorite cut of undercooked cow muscle. You all are invited! I may need help with the shoe shopping.....

MrsB may feel I ignored her special day. I have been traveling and not online.

I hope she had a wonderful day. I found something especially for her. You can help her fulfill it...or fill it as the case may be.
