Yes that was high school time for me.
The thing that I will say is that coming from a working class family I went to school with the average & well off.
The hope for all was the American dream.
My kids went to school with average kids & with those less well off. Now my grand kids go to school with kids that are better off than most.
The gap between people has grown so wide that the rich & poor just don't live near each other.
In a nut shell this is why we look back at those times as being so great.
By the way the faces I saw in the video were much like mine.
If your face was a different color I am sure that you don't have quite the same out look.
