Did you take the time to read what I posted, or are you just yelling outraged nonsense at yourself? Neither Hillary Clinton or Jeb Bush are any great prize, electing either will pretty much keep us on the same course with a nod to either the right or left on social issues to muddy the water with a continued walk down the path of corporate cleptocracy the end goal of either.

Start of a good post. But like someone else said. There are laws on the books which need to be followed. The one law that does need to be added is to require citizenship at the polls. We need term limits, we need pays lowered for politicians. they do no deserve to be paid 175k a year. These jobs are designed to be part time jobs not full time as they have turned them into. They should be required to live on a salary of the average American worker or maybe just a tad more. Let;s say 65k a year. We need to stop paying them that salary once they leave office as well. I get for a couple of years, but for life. NOT. The American worker who makes 100 k a year when they retire do not get that same salary for the rest of their lives.So why would we pay them that. We need to get rid of their ability to v**e on their own raises. We need to lower the amount of money that is paid into their health insurance. They work for the people. do any of us decide what our yearly raises will be? Nope, nor should they. I also would like to see security detail halted after a couple of years as well. Campaign funding needs to be changed. No special interest money, no lobbyists.

I agree, no more Bushes, no more Clinton's, but also add no more lawyers. We have these sneaks write laws so that only they can read them and they know the loop holes to the laws they wrote. When new bills are introduced, the content of the bill needs to be reflective of the title, so no more adding crap into bills.

Lastly, I think all laws need to be looked at and eliminate the double and triple laws that cover the same thing.

Honest, Good, Responsible , & Patriotic Americans.....once ran this country! They believed in God......respected elders, & "authority", served their country "proudly", & with honor, worked hard, earned their way, helped their neighbor, always "tried" to do the right thing!

Where do you see that today? These people, that are still here, & their "kids"....are here....."but" they get no press, or recognition, because they are busy "working", & staying out of trouble......doing "positive" things with their lives, & not "stumping" for "something for nothing"!

Look to the crumbling family values, lack of education, availability of drugs in the society, .....these are just 3 very important "ramifications" of the problems driving behavior in America today! What to do? How do you legislate morality? Legislate family values? "common inherent decency"......That is "taught".....by responsible parenting, & "teachers" used to help....Today....Teachers, aren't allowed to "touch Children".......{ maybe that's "good"?....because of so many homosexual/Lesbians teaching schools today?}..........

When I went to school, there was "no talk" of immorality in teachers! { there may have been, but it was very "minimal"}.......Today.....America, hears of many situations, both male & female, taking advantage of sex in youth, almost every day!

With Conservatives.....I am preaching to the choir!

With Liberals......I am wasting my breath.......{ because "they" are most of the problem!}..........No personal responsibility, no ethics, little morality, mostly Godlessness, {God does not promote the agenda of the Liberal}........tolerance of homosexuality, & civil disobedience!............& so it goes!

American politics, has been "adulterated", abused, mis-represented, & now has "locked" their evil wickedness, into place by "unethical attorneys, & political oppertunists", that know the system, & how to get around it!

The only way to "fix this', is to have campaign reform: Term Limits, & no salary or benefits, past elected service! {responsibility in v****g.....vetting the candidate }

I don't know how to fix "lost family values"....This has evolved over the past 5 decades, from American's that had: "Trust in God, patriotism, Personal responsibility, Good work ethic, respect for one another, & authority, {no, or "few" social programs to get out of control}......Diluting of our National base.....Too many Aliens, let in without "indoctrination"........GBMNT regulation of education....{ needed "some", but that too, got out of control}...........**America**....."used to be a good place to live".....Today.......One must carefully choose where to live, & many Americans. avoid "ethnic" areas, where the "indoctrination" was "absent"!.....{ get what I mean?}

These things have always existed, the difference is now things are NOT hidden, they get exposed, and that's a good thing.
If you constantly read the negative propaganda all the time it will cause a lot of resentment and bitterness, but if you get out you will see a lot of good things happening in your community I promise you. It is in the everyday kindnesses that you will see it and keep you believing in the goodness that still exists. Usually seen by people simply volunteering for nothing in return.

What is wrong is when politicians v**e for their wage increases yet at the same time, v**e down money for meals on wheels, which is not only for the elderly but many disabled retired veterans.

First of all it is currently against the law for non citizens to v**e in US e******ns, legel residents with green cards can not v**e to knowingly do so is a deportable felony. If you follow your plan for low pay and term limits you will get two kinds of candidates the first will spend their time not making a career of becoming a statesman but rather doing the bidding of his next employer after he is term limited out, the second will be people who are independently wealthy and wish to shape government to meet their needs. Neither will work to serve middle class working Americans. Lobbying is a guaranteed right in our constitution, you could make it a right of individuals and not groups or corporations but that would take a constitutional amendment. As far as precluding lawyers, why would you want to eliminate people who have studied the law and constitution from public office? Strict rules regarding ethics including never working for industry you wrote laws governing and not v****g or acting on legeslation effecting anyone contributing to your campaign would cut corruption. Finaly changing the ethical standards for elected officials from no quid pro quo to the precluding any action with the appearance of impropriety would stop a great deal of nonsense.
