I have already informed my family that I will not be able to afford an expensive nursing home, which would allow me to die with dignity. Therefore, I have moved to Central America, where the dollar still goes a long way and I can spend what little money I still have left during my final years enjoying life and dying with Dignity!

Oh, and Dignity says to say "hello"!

The photo of Dignity and I didn't develop, that is why it is missing.

I believe all of us "old" folks understand. I wish you much happiness. Enjoy life to the fullest.

She has managed to do a good job of it.

And please tell us you aren't keeping "Dignity" on the side unbeknownst to the good Sgt. Major.

Anything on the 'side' would be bad for my health...the Sgt. Major would k**l me. I enjoy the habit of breathing in & out.

Oh, BTW, welcome back, Salty. We need to talk about Alex and BadBobby's behavior in your absence...especially BB.

I understand. AuntiE informed me they had been 'ganging up' on you in my absence, but that you were doing a credible job of holding your own with the two miscreants.

I can relate to the "habit of breathing in & out". The Colonel, when she wasn't being the doctor, had me on short breath twice during our joint tenancy. I was a slow learner, but it only took twice to get me back to 'normal'. Had a third time become necessary I wouldn't have had to worry about breathing any longer.
