Yeah... I mean, I understand the point about the Federal Reserve and it's private ownership... I'm just not seeing the connection between your concerns and the activity in the DoJ related to reporting suspicious activity.

I just started a new contract with another major bank and had to spend an hour going through an online training course on protecting the assets. They have phone numbers and official offices to contact with suspicious activity. This is all coming from the bank not the government and it's pretty much normal. Everyone keeps a close eye on their assets. When the government does that it means looking for the tax evaders and there has been a lot of them recently.

Unless you are evading taxes or stealing money I don't think this news is bad for you. I think where the circle closes for me, is where an actual rule, whether set by government, commercial or consumer contract, interferes with my freedom to invest.

It doesn't sound like you get it !

If I deposit $1,000 or $100,000 cash into any private BANK, since there are no Public or People's bank ...(hint)

I have the GOD, Peoples, Constitutional, Law of the Land ... RIGHTS to withdrawing just as much with no infringement...

It's not their money !
They are only acting as a depository ! (SEE BANKING LAWS FROM THE 1800'S)
And they should never move the money either... (that's where you've also been fooled)...

They have the right to earn interest on it overnight or for as long as you leave it in there but not to re lend it 10 times to other people's plights on my COINAGE... hence

FIAT Money system...

You need to read a book: "Web of Debt" by Ellen Hodges Brown..

Giggle it if you like !

It was removed from printing almost entirely by those who own all the presses....

Can you see something pattern here ?

Sici; you are behind on this.
The courts have ("recently"?) ruled that your deposits/ "money", in their bank is not yours. Some smoke and mirrors, but it is so.
I will not take the time here to research this; but a google and You Yube search would come up with the facts.

First of all, private banks are constantly infringing on this... They always have. It's very common for banks to put a hold on a large deposit, or to limit the size of ATM withdrawals per day...
Secondly, neither God nor the Constitution have anything to say about how much you can take out of your bank as long as you're not stealing from someone else and I really don't see what difference it makes if the bank is private or public either type can elect whether or not to impose limits...
Finally, none of this even matters because there is nothing in the DoJ "plans" to encourage banks to report suspicious activity that even remotely suggests the nationalization of banks.

I think what you see is a government that you don't like trying to encourage banks to share information and because you don't like this government it's second nature to jump to far-reaching conclusions.

I think this is a semantic argument. See my response to AuntiE on this where I explain what I think is the difference between what I'll just call a "rightful" claim to the money we deposit and the reality of what banks do with that money. Also, it appears EagleEye has found a court decision on this. We certainly like to *think* that's it's "our" money... I mean, we earned it right? The banks want you to think of it that way too because they want you to trust them with "your" money... Any of the language from the banking laws or the policies attached to your accounts will promote this notion that it's "your" money. But the reality is, once you deposit "your" money the bank uses it as they see fit. As long as they have enough to cover your deposit when you ask for it, no foul is called.

Hardly fooled... Acting as a depository and not "moving" the money is an expectation not a reality and I am very aware of the expectation. I just don't stop there with the naive assumption that banks do wh**ever we expect them to do.
Again, the reality is that as long as banks can cover your withdrawals when you make them they can do wh**ever they want with your money in the meantime.

The fiat money system simply means it's value is not pegged to a specific commodity like gold or silver, which limits the supply, thereby preserving the value. Whether a currency is fiat or not has no bearing on how your bank manages it.

I'm sure it's a good book. Thank you for the reference. There are actually a LOT of books about the debt system. I've read quite a few of them.

Yes, the same pattern I've been watching for 30 years.

Look, no offense... but you seem to have a justification-excuse-explanation for anything stated...just like politicians do.

semantics ?

As for rulings? case law study? banking laws? depository rules ? who do you think lobby'd, wrote, think tanked all these convoluted ideas turned regulations ? really ?

you've read some books on banking you say, but you haven't read what is connsidered the Bible of our Money, Banking & Financial Conspiratorial evolution ! the 'Web of Debt'

I go to several different banks throughout each working week to withdraw large sums of cash for my business... They limit how much I can get in one day...& you think not ?

I can show you banking origins where it says I can deposit and withdraw just as much without exceeding their holdings ?

Bulls**t ! Banks are obligated to return my deposit of up to the equal amount within the same working hours ! otherwise

Where's my EFFEN Money ?
Do you see the conundrum unfolding yet ?

Not only can they screw me, move it multiple times and disburse it to numerous creditors and patron within minutes... they can outright refuse to return it to me in the same day contrary to their own rules !

WTF planet do you live on ? PLUTO ?

I'm trying to point out to you the Corrupted processes, Trickery & deceit the banksters pull with our deposits on a daily basis...

I'm not going to hear you tell me for a second that they can do what they want? Consumer rights say otherwise... I've read the origins.... they don't abide by them and they dont want to or care to, need to...

They know they don't have to because there

IS
NO
ONE
TO
Enforce them to bend to your complaints !

They answer to NO ONE !

Do you not see that ?

BTW, try to go deposit $1,000 in cash at CHASE tomorrow into someone else's account... watch what they do !

You sound like you concede to how they operate...

Good Luck with that man, I'm OUT !
