Wouldn't it be great if we could all laugh at our politicians - except the decisions they make affect all of us. That's not so funny.

A laugh once in a while keeps me from tearing my hair out, and keeps me from going completely bald

In your case, I trust, hope, it would be a Woman Marine. Male Marines aren't inclined towards that 'touchy-feely huggy' type from horny Sailors. That is something best left aboard their ships. However, the sentiment is appreciated.

Your Swabbie mate, Alex, could have used a hug last night. He called out for you, but, to no avail. We just assumed you were in a drunken stupor or passed out. He was verbally mugged by superior numbers....not that more than one Marine was needed. It was not a pretty sight.

The poor dear is intimidated by the likes of Marines such as Salty and 'Boot'. She 'toes the line' around us.

I say this because I will be safely absent from her for a few days...heading to Amarillo to conspire with Archie Bunker over BBQ. :-P

There had to be a hidden escape hatch for such daring words.

Good, once in a while it is time to tale off from the serious things on OPP and enjoy yourself.

That was sooo funny! I just found this page this morning. I needed a good laugh after reading and seeing a report of a little boy in Irac slapped around and tormented, then they blew his head off! And they are the ones fighting ISIS. I don't know how I feel about all this anymore. There was another picture that was just in front of my face of a little girl with no head. It looked like she was dressed up. I think she was supposed to be one of the Christians. I feel so guilty sometimes when I just want the Lord to come get us. I don't want to rush and someone not get the time to accept his gift of salvation. Anyway , thanks for that wonderful video. I will show it to my "old man" when he gets home!!

Hey fellow Texans! Have you guys ever tried to eat that big steak at that steak house. We've eaten there several times when we drove thru Amarillo, but never tried it. Have a good trip. Hope it warms up for you two.

Hey Dumpling, wait until you hit your 80's. You just keep going because you know if you let down it all goes to pot.
