No "qualifications" necessary. We all get a bit "tart" from time to time.

You are beyond stupid.
Your first post made it sound as though you only wanted to see rulings that followed US law and our Constitution. Now you want a ruling that defies US law and our Constitution but backs Obama's lawless executive orders.
Do you r****ds ever listen to the s**t that come out of your mouths?
Here is a link to the text of Justice Hanen's ruling. It's 100 pages if anyone wants to tackle it. There is some juicy stuff in there.
Justice Hanen pulled no punches in his rulingDefinitely not in any way is this "judicial activism". Anyone who thinks it is is completely ignorant of the rule of law in our country.
The most infamous example of judicial activism would be Justice Robert's ruling that Obamacare is a tax. That was not only reprehensible, it was damn near treasonous.
If congress doesn't fund the i*****l i*********n it dies on the vine.Simple. Where would he get the money for this?

How the president administers departments is entirely up to him, he sets his prioritys within the law. His executive orders are no different than a police chief deciding what road to patrol. Your head is filled with a bunch of nonsense pumped there by propagandists and repeated right wing nutters.
Since both parties do not care what the people want, I am afraid they are only giving lip service to stopping this invasion. We have laws on the books. No other country in the world allows entry in this manner.
I do not want my tax dollars used in social programs for i******s. I would like to help Americans. We have allowed the government of Mexico to rid itself of it's criminals. Send them back and stop all aid and trade with Mexico until such time as they assists in border control. Problem solved.

Kevyn, there is just no other way to say it. You are full of s**t. The prosecutorial discretion applies only to not deporting those i*****l a***ns immediately or delaying their departure. It does not extend to the benefits that Obama was going to give them such as driver's licenses or any other benefits that he has been known to illegally bestow on i*****l a***ns. That is not to say that he may not find a way to get around it. We have to remember that we are dealing with a Chicago politician and they have been experts at pulling off all kinds of illegal stuff such as registering v**ers at the cemetery. We're keeping our fingers crossed.

T***h has nothing to do with demonrats and liberal progressive ideology, JMHO, and to argue with a "libtard," is like "playing chess with a pigeon" [Putin].

Nice emotional, non-intellectual reply -- typical liberal pablum.

But he doesn't get to create the law, and THEN set his priority.

Great post. Isn't it refreshing to finally know there's a judge who has his head on straight? I'll bet that took some of the wind out of Obama's sails. Judge Andrew Napolitano on Fox News yesterday said that he thinks it's more likely than not the ruling will hold up.

The bottom line is "within the law". Obama went outside the law when he issued work permits to i*****l a***ns.
you who want to shoot them all ...will get your chance, sooner than you would like,,,you can bet your ass on it....LETS NOT FORGET THAT THE MEXICAN-AMERICAN WAR HAS BEEN A WORK IN PROGRESS SINCE THE ALAMO, Texas 150 years ago(more or less). I have family photo's of the IOWA NATIONAL GUARD,,AT E L PASO TEXAS 1917 ...in one, a family member as part of a firing squad doing what firing squads do....if I can figure out how to, I will post them....

Of course, if the same Judge had ruled for the president, then he would not then be activist: RIGHT!!!
