What’s the tax credit? My property taxes go up 1100 per year! New tax for this year is 10,300.00

I have no idea. It was suggested to Uncle and he pursued it. We have a division of labor. It is requires usage of a computer to apply for something, I am disallowed. In fact, I am prohibited from touching the desktop computer.

Fanny Mae started this false appreciation cycle! High inflated price and no appraisal! And they still try to say Trump broke the law!

I thought it started with Bill Clinton . He figured everybody should be able to buy a home. Fly by night lenders sprung up all over and unqualified buyers got into homes under shady credit terms designed for them to never pay off their loans .

What irked me most was the no down payment requirement. We had to put down 10% of asking price.

Just wondering. can you appeal the tax increase in your state.. In minnesota we have limits on any increase and an appeal process if you have a gripe.. I won once upon a time.. my property tax on the home and 45 acres is about $2100... biggest increase was when then gov echoed "no new taxes" and so raised property tax rather then income tax.. how clever.. fooled no one and got fired on e******n day..

They only required 10% when we purchased ours. It may be a bank or state by state decision on the requirements.

Rumor has it, Blackrock will not sell a rental house even if the renter makes an offer. Part of that is due to Larry’s (cannot remember last name) sustainability attitudes. He does not want single family stand alone housing. It needs to be townhouses or apartments.

Fink, his last name.

He's big into DEI
