Forget home prices! My property taxes went up $1987.00. That is even after some type of tax credit UncleE found.

My property taxes went up too. I just got our place paid for and it is now worth 3 times what I bought it for . My home owners insurance doubled if you can believe that . . Looks like we should be able to catch a break somewhere .

I will not see a home owners insurance bill till July.

House flippers and real estate companies all want a profit. . Every t***saction is almost always at an increase price over original purchase . The shortage of move in ready housing make an increase tangible and accepted by most buyers .. I am not saying it is not out of hand but I personally won't give up a dime of profit if I sold for a much inflated price .

Prices are up, also, because Blackrock has been buying them up and renting them out. That drives the cost of the available inventory up.

Rumor has it, Blackrock will not sell a rental house even if the renter makes an offer. Part of that is due to Larry’s (cannot remember last name) sustainability attitudes. He does not want single family stand alone housing. It needs to be townhouses or apartments.

What’s the tax credit? My property taxes go up 1100 per year! New tax for this year is 10,300.00

Fanny Mae started this false appreciation cycle! High inflated price and no appraisal! And they still try to say Trump broke the law!
