Was that smile because he had seen areas even you hadn't? I always think that since the same doctor has seen that part of me that nobody else has (use the same doctor) he can smile about being the only one.

No, I had pointedly asked him if people said some really strange things when under. His response, was the smile.

When I joined the US Army,My platoon Sgt,told me,when we go for our physical exam,and the doctor is giving you the short arm inspection,MAKE DAMN HE DOESNT HAVE BOTH HANDS ON YOUR SHOULDERS.
