Not a good guess. If he has/had a ‘stuttering problem’, why did you not hear it in the speech you commented on earlier?
I have seen numerous clips of him speaking - and it is not a stutter - it is related to his dementia.

Of course not - his handlers would never allow that - unless they select the physician.
However, health care people (and those who have had to deal with it with family members) recognize the S/S immediately. Many have commented on it.

The last elder I was care giver for had a medical diagnosis of dementia and he acts just like she did.

Most likely I will be called that also Tom. As it has happened many times in my year here on this forum. I was very impressed by the speech. I would like to see if his opponent(TheyH**e it when we use his name in posts-they say its TDS or something inane like that) can make a well thought out address like this. So far the best speechwriters work for the Incumbent POTUS.

MS Lily I read all your posts and you have never been unpolite to anything I have posted and that is how this is supposed to work. We are all adults we may disagree on politics.
