People with dementia can have short term lucid moments. Perhaps that is why they moved the speech up a day.

Tom, you are not nearly as offensive as the other Dems on this site. I for one, appreciate that because I enjoy good conversation. But please, give careful consideration to Joe's speech. It was mean, h**eful and nothing positive at all.

Biden is not a good speaker.

Its interesting that trump is getting more popular while biden is getting less popular. People are getting more and more fed up with biden. That is good. Maybe the democrat party will wake up and put a good candidate forward

I am an Independent but but I understand how you might think I am a Dem . The offensive Dems who show up on this site don't impress me . The speech was a campaign speech more than a true speech about the state of the nation .
