I have a daughter who works for one the companies making drones... Don D.

This is incredible! Modern warfare. No American lives lost, nor donkeys, either!

An amazing clip. The drone has changed the entire concept of war.
This is at night very dark. There are a bunch of camel tenders there that missed breakfast. Note how clear the bad guys are seen - great advantage in this type of war. The guy behind the FLIR camera and guns is not even flying!

Centcom attack on ISIS fighters.

Hope they don't dress up like donkeys to escape the fire. What a level of sophistication without collateral damage. Even the mules & donkeys are spared.

A must view clip by US forces a few nights ago.

Just as long as the billions in profit keep rolling in for the military industrial complex, who cares how unConstitutional and illegal wars are conducted?

Care to bet how long it will be til the "other" side gets them? From the same maker no doubt.

WAR IS A RACKET!

Yep, we're just supposed to disband the military, the Defense industry, and then bend over and grab our ankles...yeah, that's gonna work real well.

Unfortunately, that removes one of the valuable barriers to politicians waging unlimited war - the loss of American lives. No longer do they have to be concerned about US casualties AND they've gotten used to violating the sovereignty of Nations ( Pakistan ) with the use of drones. There are now no barriers at all to waging war - anywhere - so we can wage war at will. No one is even looking at the unintended consequences of unlimited use of drones.

$4.4 trillion spent on the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan, billions of that in waste and fraud, and what did we get to show for it? Hell, yeah lets start another war! Who should we jump on illegally, unConstitutionally, and immorally this time, JMHO? Haliburton ($17.2 billion), DynCorp ($1.44 billion), Washington Group International ($931 million), Environmental Chemical ($878 million), Aegis ($431 million), International American Products ($759 million), Erinys ($136 million), Fluor ($1.1 billion), Perini ($650 million) by the way Sen. Diane Feinstein's hubby, Richard Blum runs Perini, URS Corp. ($792 million), also Blum ran, and 15 others need the taxpayers help. Get the picture?

Don't you have guns? As the constitution says: A m*****a being necessary for a free state (note that I dropped the well regulated part just for you). So do as the constitution asks and protect the free state. No need for the largest military in the world for that is there--not with conservatives being so well armed!!!

Question for you buffalo: What do you know about the procurement system in the Defense Department? Have you ever put together a bid proposal for a government contract? Then successfully was awarded the contract and administered it? Attended numerous design/specification/administration meetings with the Defense Contractor administrators and their military counterparts? Do you know what MILSPEC is? Do you know what is involved in MILSPEC'ing an item/equipment? Just doing a MILSPEC drawing (which is required) for every screw, nut, bolt, wrench, etc. is $10,000 minimum, and it goes up from there. Then the government QA process for that item/equipment that item, adds more...since it has to be able to operate at -70 degrees to 160 degrees (or thereabouts). I once observed a QA government inspector fail an item (which was made of nothing but solid iron) because he didn't know how to read a micrometer (true story)...and, that cost us thousands of dollars. Also, had an ex-Army SGT as the government administer who couldn't write the numbers for $50,000,000 (the contract awarded amount), it was beyond his comprehension...and he was essentially in charge of the contract (another true story).

I worked in that industry for close to 10 years after retiring from the Navy, and I have done all that...from developing proposals to managing the development program, and until you have done that, you don't have a clue how those dollar numbers you posted come about. I will tell you, that a lot of the fault, and in many cases the majority of it, comes from incompetence from the government...I have experienced it many times. So, you can throw out these numbers all you want, but you don't have a clue how they came about unless you understand the process.

Violating the sovereignty of
Pakistan??
It is political correctness like that which
cost American lives and leave our forces to the enemy wolves.
