Jesus means we have obligations to fulfill to God, and to our land where we live. People on earth are citizens of both heaven and earth.
Therefore, we must respect and obey the hierarchy of ministering our lives. God, our country, our parents. That is not separation. It is unifying our faith to the one who is above us.
