Thankful am I, that people like you, spend time to explain how they perceive scripture. Itβs a long process, this attaining perfection. Alas, Iβm 65, so Iβm 5-25 years away from itβs completion!
Marty, do you mean by completion, death?
The only perfection I will ever have is the covering of the shed blood of Jesus Christ, which I obtained on the day I was saved at the age of eight.
Remembering that to God, all our good deeds are as filthy rags, He will always see in us the perfection of His Son, Jesus, just as He did on the day of our salvation.
After death, when face to face with Jesus Christ, Elijah, Moses, Noah, Esther, Mary, Daniel, John the Baptist... we will learn so much so fast, "about the rest of their story..."
For we humans there is no completion to our learning, IMHO. I don't believe anyone ever fully comprehends the fullness and richness contained in the living word of God, this side of the great divide between heaven and earth.
The Holy Spirit impresses it upon our hearts and minds according to our need, and our intended purpose and ministry, within God's kingdom.
