If true, why isn't the Bank suing him?

Because this whole thing is the result of politically motivated prosecutors diligently looking for a crime, ANY crime, to charge Trump with. The fact that this supposed 'crime' has no victim is beside the point.
Laws have gotten so very VERY complex under our too big and oppressive government, that anyone in America can be found to be guilty of breaking some of them, one way or another. It took YEARS for them to dig up process 'crimes' with which to accuse Trump. And what does it boil down to? Trump did not use a tape measure and calculator correctly. Does ANYone really think Trump did his own estimate for the size of his apartment?

I've asked that question myself. Was Trump a property assessor and the bank said "ok if you said it mr assessor, it must be true"!! Duh, I just closed on third house purchase. Every purchase required a professional appraisal before the bank would lend the money. That's a "Professional" appraisal.

Kevyn is right, of course. This is basic stuff. You have a credit score. The lower your score, the higher the interest rate. The same with your assets. Trump claimed his apartment was 30,000 square feet, but it's actually 10,000 square feet. He lied in order to get a larger loan at a lower interest rate, creating more risk and c***ting the bank out of the difference. It's not complicated. And there's a name for that. Fraud. It's illegal.

It does not matter, kittibob. This is entirely politically motivated, and nothing but. I know it. You know it. EVERYone knows it.
The only question is: Does each individual approve of it, or disapprove?
We know where you stand.
Just remember, if the DOJ and FBI and state prosecutors and courts have been SO VERY weaponized that they are comfortable going after a wealthy ex-President for victimless process crimes, do you really think they will hesitate to use the same tactics to go after YOU or members of your family when it suits them?
Do you not have ANY conception of the precedent this will set for the future?
Oh, how you and the Democrats will howl and scream when the same tactics are turned on you.

Trump has been sued over 4000 times. He has c***ted virtually everybody he has ever done business with. US banks stopped loaning him money years ago.

That has been my experience as well. Oh, sure, I can see that if Trump is a good and rich client, that perhaps some senior bank VP might just waive all those pesky rules and give him a loan to keep him happy and coming back. It's possible that one or more bank VIPs decided that opening themselves to problems with auditors and lawyers and government banking officials was not enough of an incentive to follow all the proper steps.
I don't believe that, but sure, it's possible. But if that is what happened, has it been proven? And if so, who is the victim and who was defrauded?
Well, Kittibob?

And you really believe all that????? LOL!
Forget my prior questions for you. You are too soaked in kool-aid to engage in rational debate.
Have a great and blessed day.

Are banks still willing to lend to Donald Trump?

Banks are still willing to lend to Trump A bank's decision to loan Donald Trump's company $100 million is the latest evidence the former president might survive fraud investigations and a business-world backlash over his efforts to stay in office after losing the 2020 e******n.

Apples and oranges. Trump's fraud trial is not about a mortgage.

Give Kittibob a minute, she'll have to check with her puppet master about how to respond!

Are you $+u9!)? It's about over-valuing his property, takes a "Professional" appraisal to do that. If a bank excepts a customer's "guess" at the value of a property, that's on the bank. I have property, I know on this last signing that my property is worth $31,000 more the I paid for it because it was "professionally" appraised!!! This is how "ANY" property loan works! If IRS isn't asking for a appraisal they go what the "county tax appraisal say". I file taxes every year and that's what the IRS ask me for.

LOL! Kittbob either has never taken out a loan, or has a credit rating so fantastic that the banks just take her word on wh**ever she tells them. I wonder if she is basing her apples and oranges comment on her experiences with payday loans?
Not really. I think she is just so emotionally invested in the DNC's TDS narrative that nothing else will ever get through her force fields. Most certainly not facts.

Thank you Radiance, for giving these TDS sufferers some true perspective.
I wish I was optimistic about them learning. But to them, the end ALWAYS justifies the means, and if manipulating the laws, fraudulent judgments, unjust rulings, and setting extremely bad legal precedents are needed to 'get Trump', then they are happy to make all of society pay the price.

With that kind of justice, the victims are all of us.
