I have not really been able to find the answers to these questions. Can anyone help?

1. Has Trump paid back the loans in question or is he in the process of paying them back?

2. Have the lending institutions suffered any loss because of Trump's actions?

The relevant answers to your questions are in the following thread. But, since you were the first respondent, either you didn't finish it or couldn't/wouldn't comprehend the offered explanation.

If, if, if . People should not be convicted on ifs but reality. You did not answer my two questions. If the loans are paid back with interest did the lending institution not benefit?

To one who is so slavishly cult-like in his devotion to Trump, there can be no sufficient answer or explanation.

You obviously do not read my posts. I have said repeatedly I do not want him to run. This is not about Trump, but it is about abuse of the justice system to get a political enemy. To one who is so filled with h**e for Trump not search for t***h or fairness will exist.

Many are outstanding and now dozens of banks will be able to sue the Trump family for piles of cash. Because of his fraud and brazen lies he was given better terms or received loans he didn’t qualify for and the banks are due the difference.

Because you don't have any type of answer other than Trump is guilty and the judge says so.

Jump to the appeal. The judge loses.

For the Trump h**ers, it is ALL about getting Trump, no matter what it takes, no matter how illegal it is, no matter how unjustified it is, no matter how dishonest it is, no matter what.

Banks are required to perform appraisals. It's not Trump's fault if they errred.

Oh BTW, Kevyn, if you own real estate, you could wind up being indicted for the same thing.
