Yes as long as the company is not affiliated with the government in any way and let's the employees know that this is a requirement before hiring. The constitution gives us a right to practice any religion we want to. And it protects us from our government establishing a religion that we are forced to practice. Private businesses can make most any requirement it wants for its workforce. If people don't like the requirement they don't have to work there. But I don't think many if any company would make that requirement because we are becoming a more and more Godless country. They would not do it also without giving other options.
Yes as long as the company is not affiliated with ... (show quote)

Things different today .

"all men are created by their Creator" is an objective statement, not a subjective one.
"Men" referring to all humans, of which you are one, even though you have no clue what being human means.

I agree.....though it is possible some states have passed laws limiting what companies can do. But if they are paying you to sit there and listen to wh**ever they want to tell you, then it is insubordination to refuse to attend. A fireable offense in most states.

Simple question, does the owner of a company have the right to make long winded half hour or more prayer or religious observance sessions mandatory for a dozen or more employees, and get rid of anyone who says they are not interested in attending such meetings?

No

Yet, the government, it's agencies, as well as schools do. They make it mandatory to attend rascist DIE lectures all the time.

The company has a right to make the rules. The employee has a right to leave.

Hobby Lobby tried this , I think .
Just for the narrative to create chaos.
I can’t make you sit through anything religious. In a free America, a free man always has a choice.
Sounds like a Lawsuit to me.

As far as I know if you are unable or unwilling to make a hand you are free to leave.

Since when has ANY 'creation' been able to choose who created them?

They don't make it mandatory. What a crock of s**t you are...on a daily basis. I'm sure it's voluntary, you pathetic fool. We don't shove religion down people's throats like you shove L***Q crap down our throats along with anti- freedom of speech bulls**t, censorship, critical theory, and everything else connected to Marxist/c*******t beliefs and policies.

This brings to mind a question,
Did God create Man ,
Or did Man create God ?
