Do Companies Have A Right To Subject Employees To Prayer Meetings Or Religious Observance?

Simple question, does the owner of a company have the right to make long winded half hour or more prayer or religious observance sessions mandatory for a dozen or more employees, and get rid of anyone who says they are not interested in attending such meetings?

Yes as long as the company is not affiliated with the government in any way and let's the employees know that this is a requirement before hiring. The constitution gives us a right to practice any religion we want to. And it protects us from our government establishing a religion that we are forced to practice. Private businesses can make most any requirement it wants for its workforce. If people don't like the requirement they don't have to work there. But I don't think many if any company would make that requirement because we are becoming a more and more Godless country. They would not do it also without giving other options.

Why not....muzzies subject the company that they work for to it 3 times a day..... and everyone else in that work environment.
