No, not a ‘trick question’ at all. What is your definition of a ‘human being’?
The Bible's leanings is that mom decides that in a God like manner. It will never come to me to decide so I will refrain from saying or attempting to decide.
And if a mother doesn’t believe in your God?
I was raised with the Bible in hand and subscribe to it for the most part; it containing the word of God, not actually being the word of God. That being said, you know my position as I have described it.
No, I do not know/understand your position. As with most who support a******n, you have no set standard/definition. And laws need to be precise - not arbitrarily decided by different groups/people. To me, the bottom line is a******n k**ls a human being - as best I can understand you disagree with that.

My position is clear. The status of an unborn child in the very early stages of growth is a gray area and subject to subjective stats. It is not clearly black and white that a fertilized egg is a human being.
