Video shows the event unfolding but without knowing the motives behind the actions you can't render a fair verdict. That's why we pay lawyers.. your open and shut assessment puts innocent people in prison.

Comey, you will remember announced further investigations within 10 days of the e******n...and the investigation resulted in charges during trump's administration, those charges were misdemeanors and were handled as such

Outraged Trump went on to toughen the laws on mishandling classified documents which changed Hillary's crimes into felonies, which is part of what trump is facing...having on multiple occasions spoken about how serious mishandling classified documents is, he will be finding his own words used against him.
