They wont listen. I've share how my friend, a Canada operation room nurse, moved to the US. She couldn't even get hospice care for her dying dad and her a nurse. She's still here, owns a house on the water, retired and she told me "I've told people my story and they think it's a one time thing or I must have done something wrong". Her sister-in law waited two years, in pain, before coming to the US and paying to get her shoulder surgery.
It's not a one time thing. I had a friend from Canada, the director of a medical clinic who had a knee problem which began to effect his walking ability. He was put on a two year waiting list for surgery.
