China did receive some oil from the SPR but is was not sold directly to them. Once the oil was released and sold, the buyer had the right to re sell it. This law was changed to allow this in 2015 by a republican congress

Tell us why we are better off now. Let’s start with border, pipeline, trade, NATO, wokeness, race relations.
