It may have something to do with accessing power or control...or "something". Prestige? To tell the t***h, I'd rather talk to either Susan B. Lange or Steve700. Remember him?

As time wears on, I have less and less patience with the foolish libs/Lefties on this site; you know, those who can not tell the difference between ignorance, stupidity, and folly.

That rant is exactly why some of us take you to task. You display such a haughty attitude and that "I'm right and everyone else is wrong" posture, and then your use of d********g words, too, grates on us. To be criticized at every turn is going to be your fate.

You refer to "both" but only mention Manning5 by name. Who might be the other beneficiary of your Pecksniffian diatribes?
It couldn't be me; since I am neither foolish, Liberal, or l*****t, and I can certainly tell the difference between ignorance, stupidity and folly. I can also differentiate between a student of history and one whose parochial, dilettantish pretensions demonstrate an inadequate and superficial familiarity.

Arrogance and inflexibility are characteristic of the untutored.

Thinking about these two scoundrels this morning, I realized I have hit a nerve, and dangerously so. I am making too much sense, denigrating the L*****ts/Libs veneration of their "iconic"---another overused word---revolution. People are beginning to agree with me.

But there are two facts you cannot argue with. The French people of 230 years ago were not the same kind of people the American people of 240 years ago were. And that is why, second fact, the American Revolution was unique in the annals of history. The French lacked the education and self-reliance that was the hallmark of the American "yeomanry". This class of people were said to be, by a Federalist writing in the debates in New York, following the writing of the U.S. Constitution: "...sensible and substantial..." American democracy could not have worked with a people living in a culture of dependency.

No sane, intelligent man could ever use the adjective "sensible" about the French. Two hundred years ago or today.

Ye Gods! Calling me a l*****t? Greatest insult you could give to an arch conservative! LOL! There is no telling how you arrived at that conclusion! Perhaps you are just too wrapped up in your history fetish.

Anyone using "all" or implying ''all'' about a nation of people such as the French is simply wrongheaded. This I know from personal experience working with them for over 8 years in NATO. But then, you want to group entire peoples into clearcut categories to simplify your flawed analyses. This complements your zigzag overgeneralizing trace of ideas nicely.

Why hello, Daisey Maye! Wrong again, I see! When you start off being an asshole, it is almost impossible to turn it around and be someone pleasant to chat with.

He just might be on to something! Arrogance is no virtue, and it is not appreciated here. It is a sorry state of affairs when someone is blind, deaf, with forked tongue, and arrogant all at the same time.

Thanks for your all knowing 1 cent worth of lecturing Mr. Kindergarten Teacher.

Exactly WHO do you think you are?

I know exactly what you're NOT.

And by the way, Mr. Dips**t, don't you ever, EVER, tell ME what to do. You have way outlived your welcome on this earth and in this country.

You are hardly qualified, in any way, to instruct others.

You've read my posts about how the creepy Lefty/Libs have turned this into a creepy platform. Do you know I have been trying to get Admin to delete my account two weeks after I joined? You will be doing me a favor.

And you wood, are the creepiest of all. Remember this: "Dance with me, Carol"? You make my skin crawl.
