Ukraine should never be a part of NATO. And if everyone is a part of NATO why do we need it? Is it just all against Russia? Isn't that global r****m?

Disband NATO? You must be kidding! You are, by that idea, presenting Russia with Europe within a matter of a few years. Is that your intent? If so, you are an enemy of the West that wants peaceful democracies and fair trade in their lands, with strong security. We have assured that for over 70 years, and you want to toss it all away.

I maintain that if Russia takes over the Ukraine, within a short time Belarus and Moldavia will be taken also. With a pause for refreshment, Russia will proceed to take Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Poland will follow. So, NATO has an essential role to play here to prevent this rolling takeover. The Europeans see this far more clearly than we do, but they are mired down in their own internal problems, especially Germany.
