CD, I read many passages in the Koran, notably the very first one, The Cow. It clearly says that People of the Book that worship God the Trinity are unbelievers (infidels), but they can accept Islam and be allowed to live in peace. Or, they can have Dhimmitude status, pay the fines and be left in peace, so long as they are good citizens and do not downgrade Islam. Later the Koran says the unbelievers that fight Islam are to be put to the sword. It turns out further on that being passive about Islam is the same as fighting it...so, off with their heads!
