What the deceptive article does not state, the oil exported is oil our refineries are not tooled to refine. Biden's regulations and previous EPA regulations prevents refineries from retooling or upgrading this oil to be refined, thar would benefit Americans. Oil companies have been selling oil aboard for decades, sending to countries tooled to refine, and some is then purchased, shipped back to the U.S. , diesel, gasoline, jet fuel ect.
