I think it depends on the situation. *Race* is a can of worms. I live in an extremely white suburban area. People of Color get noticed around here because there aren't many. At the same time, I am a Native American, and I pass for white. If I had darker skin, I would be regarded as a PoC. And, if I had darker skin, I would be very anxious about living here. I think, though, that we all need to check our own assumptions before making a decision about other people's lives.

Are we talking about *sex* or *g****r* (as defined as the sex one is at birth, or the socio-psychological place imprinted during the development of difference)? If a body shows up ready and willing and able to do the work I need done, then a pulse will do.

That said, I don't have any problems with d**g q***ns. They know that the rank and file don't care much for them. They take their reputations clean, because they are judged. D**g is a lot like Burlesque; it's over the top, it's a costume, like a clown. It's meant to be fun. Sometimes it becomes outrageous, but d**g q***ns know the limits. They WANT other grown-ups around. They want other grown-ups around so there is no doubt about anything that may or may not be appropriate.

Last, what consenting adults want to do in the private is fine with me. I would prefer not to see anyone's proclivities. But, I know to avert my eyes from what I don't want to see, but sometimes I roll my eyes, too.

I'm just one person, though, and I don't claim to know what other people think or feel. I just don't want to step on any toes.

The thing about 'g****r dysphoria' is...it is incredibly RARE...and used to be treated as the DISORDER that it is. The sick/twisted/perverted/evil in society not only want to normalize this DISORDER, they want to make it popular. They are coercing/pressuring young people/even children, who can't even figure out what they want for lunch, to chemically alter themselves/surgically mutilate themselves...and the disastrous results are permanent.
