I think the q***r has been stealing luggage all along and probably even ripped off Joe Bribems luggage that had many pairs of diapers, blow up little Greta dolls and hair weaves for joe to sniff. When Joe's luggage was ripped off and those items came up missing, that's when slo joe got serious about firing sexually confused Sam.
