That's right - Why would a company invest when the FJB and cabal have threatened to 'end oil'? It takes millions to 'invest' to build a refinery. That needs to change - but FJB is beholden to the environmental/climate extremists.

The best path for American to become energy independent is by using the HUGE capabilities we have. Then begin research into other options in a careful, controlled manner - instead of rushing crazily into wind/solar and their well-documented inadequacies and failures.

Biden should open up more federal land for oil as long as Big oil agrees to build and update Refineries, but will Congress go along with it? Didn't see Trump getting more refineries built either or did I miss something?

At the time, the refineries we had were all that was needed. The last major refinery was built in 1977. Environmental regulations and the Democrat war on f****l f**ls has made it near impossible to build a major refinery. You cna't ever debate anything, so you have to bring up Trump. People on your side just don't realize he's not president anymore.

What do you suggest we do with excess oil that we produce? But our dependence on foreign oil began with the Biden administration. If we were already energy independent why was that not mentioned during the 8 years of Obamas presidency? Strange wouldn't you say? Trump is the one who lessened regulations so we could be energy independent not Obama. If Obama had done it then he would have been impeached for going against c*****e c****e policies.

He has stated several times that he intends to 'end oil'. Why would they invest millions in updating old refineries and building new ones with FJB and cabal threatening to 'end oil'?
