I thought this problem was solved many years ago with businesses can not refuse service on account of race,sex, religious beliefs or political beliefs. Or at least on most of those grounds. This was a complete refusal of this business's service where with the gay cake issue, service was not denied as to baking a cake just the requested decorations.
