All that I know of were banned for obscenity. And the obscenity laws were overturned by SCOTUS.

That involves a criminal investigation - a lot different than a free speech issue.

And now all of these lovely "h**e speech" laws...
While "h**e speech" is not a legal term in the United States, the U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that most of what would qualify as h**e speech in other western countries is legally protected free speech under the First Amendment. In a Supreme Court case on the issue, Matal v. Tam (2017), the justices unanimously reaffirmed that there is effectively no "h**e speech" exception to the free speech rights protected by the First Amendment and that the U.S. government may not discriminate against speech on the basis of the speaker's viewpoint.

Canuckus, Twitter ceased to be a private entity when it sought and gotten a direct line to the Presidency and the DNC. This isue is considered "Handled".
